Prolific writer

History students and those interested in the influence of Islam in southern India, are likely to have ‘met’ Dr. Hussain Nainar at least once through his prolific writings. As the past two years have shown (borne true by his CV), he had worked as editor, writer, translator and general compiler on over 20 monographs and anthologies for the Madras University alone.

Some of this literature has survived in the reference sections of online libraries abroad, but sadly, not in the Madras University.
